New month, new recap! April has been a month of complete quarantine, but I still have highlights to chat about. Who knew you could do so much with just a wi-fi connection?
Early in the month, I teamed up with fellow bloggers and members of Millennial Marketers to spread some positivity. We created a unified photo collage to share on social. It was a fun, little project to be a part of.
My online communities really have been amazing during this time. It doesn’t feel too lonely when I know everyone is just a video chat away. And I have been on *a lot* of video chats recently. I paid to upgrade my Zoom account; that’s how you know it’s serious.
Another highlight was re-branding my podcast! I took some time to think about what I really wanted my podcast to look like and sound like. It was time to freshen things up, and I am happy I did.
I’ve also been able to chat with more guests during this time! On the latest episode, I had Kristina McInnis on. If you don’t already know her, she’s a self-made influencer and full-time blogger. We had such a fun chat about blogging and cultivating confidence. You can check out the episode here.
Other creative projects have kept me busy as well. I started creating more videos for YouTube. I figure, why not sharpen my video editing skills?
