We’ve all been to the point where our desktop background is barely visible under the clutter of folders and documents. During academic semesters is when my desktop would be at an all-time low in terms of organization. But, something I saw on Instagram changed the game for me.

@SamDesalvoDesigns posted this Reel where she showed her desktop makeover. In the Reel, she edited together her own background that consisted of photos and labeled blocks. The labeled blocks were able to act as categories for her different folders/documents.

I absolutely loved Sam’s idea, so I was inspired to create my own background in Canva. It has helped a lot in terms of keeping my desktop cute and organized. Whether you have projects for school or your job to keep organized, this is a great visual tool to utilize!
