Whether you are hosting or just want to enjoy an indulgent night in, this is the charcuterie board for you! It has the perfect mix of sweet and salty, and it sits atop a bottle of wine; what more could you ask for?
Here’s what you’ll need: a bottle of Prophecy Rosé (if you are 21+), a bottle top serving tray, grapes of choice, gouda cheese slices, spreadable white cheddar cheese, Skinny Dipped Dark Chocolate Almonds, Dot’s Original Pretzels, and Avocado, Cilantro, & Lime Triscuits.
All of these snacks are personal favorites of mine individually, and they are even better when combined!
To get started, I first put down a bit of saran wrap on the tray. I figured this would help to make clean-up easy. Then, I began to stack crackers and cheese slices across from one another. Once those were placed, I added pretzels and spreadable cheese in another corner of the board. In the final open space, I put grapes. And lastly, I sprinkled chocolate-covered almonds across the board.

Depending on how many people you want to serve with your board, you can add or subtract from the amount of snacks that I have pictured. I don’t believe it has to be an exact science. I just think a charcuterie board needs to have delicious ingredients; the cute aesthetic is simply a side effect.
P.S. It was as good as it looks, and you should definitely try it.
