Honestly, it is hard to believe that it’s already October. Let’s recap last month…
Early in September, I started my senior year of college. While it’s exciting, it also comes with quite a bit of studying.
My favorite class of the fall semester has to be my independent study. I got approval to do a project on the comic book character Tank Girl. For credit, I am scripting, hosting, and producing a web-series about the comics in relation to media theory and feminist theory. It’s very academic, but I’d also say it is very fun.

In the middle of the month, I had the opportunity to be a guest on the Current Talk podcast. I had such a great time chatting with the hosts about lifestyle content and influencer culture. We even talked about and reviewed some of the new Dunkin and Starbucks drinks.

Near the end of the month, the guest blog I wrote for Goodwill was published! It has been a while since I’ve written content for another site, so this was a fun collaboration to do. I love thrifting at my local Goodwill, and I loved the chance to write about it.

Overall, September was a month full of opportunity, and I am grateful for that. I am looking forward to what October will bring. I am also looking forward to sharing it with you!
