While we have to adapt to cooler weather so does our closet. It is so easy to fall into a routine of wearing just sweatshirts and joggers. But, it is possible to be comfy and chic.
Below I have compiled all my favorite clothing pieces for fall. Majority of the items are thrifted; you don’t have to break the bank to create a functional fall wardrobe.
Cozy Cardigans. These are super easy to dress up or down. I personally enjoy just throwing on an oversized cardigan with some leggings and a tank for my work-from-home day. Adding some silver jewelry makes the look a little more professional for Zoom calls.
Solid Color Sweaters. Plain sweaters are always a solid basic to have. They layer well, and they can be easily paired with various accessories. A simple sweater and scarf look is very seasonally appropriate.
Button Ups. These are good in almost every season but especially in fall. I love using my button ups and blouses as layering pieces. They look so cute under a crewneck or a sweater.
Relaxed Denim. Emphasis on *relaxed*… I like to get jeans that feel like they are softly hugging my body. There’s no sense in having denim that feels restrictive. Comfort and style can be attained together.
Cute Coats. A dressier jacket can help to elevate any look when going out. Also, this piece of clothing is a bit necessary in my hometown climate.
